HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS???

Once we agree on a price we immediately order title and a closing date. Most closings take place within 4-7 days of an accepted offer. 

WHAT IF I OWE BACK TAXES OR FEES???

Any back taxes/fees would be paid at the closing table. For example, if we offered you $20,000 and you owed $3,000 you would walk away with approximately $17,000.
