At The Neighborhood, we understand business and budgets. So with that in mind, we don't want to lock you into a one year, three year, or longer lease. All of our spaces are month to month, and you can stay for as little or as long as the space fits your needs. For those that want more long term budgeting, long term leases are available. All of our private offices, conference rooms, and lounges come fully furnished and tastefully styled.

Large conference room is perfect for hosting meet up groups, team meetings and other events where you'd need a larger space. Room is equipped with a 50" LCD TV, (2) white boards, plenty of seating and a hi-definition projector is available.
Small conference room is perfect for small team meetings, interviews and planning sessions. Room is equipped with a 40" LCD TV, small white board, and seating for up to 7 people.
